LEISURE TIME FILTER CLEAN - NEW & IMPROVED
Concentrated formula deep cleans filter to remove dirt, oil, grease and scale deposits.
Can be used for cartridge, sand or DE filters. For maximum effectiveness allow it to work overnight and allow catridge to dry before reinstalling. Compatible With: Chlorine, bromine and biguanide sanitizers. 1 quart bottles.
Applications:
3 Month Cleaning:
1] Remove grids or cartridge element/s from filter housing and rinse to remove loose dirt and debris.
2] In a clean bucket or trash can that can hold 8 gallons of water add contents of Filter Clean (this is enough to clean 110 sf of cartridge area)
3] Place cartridge upright in container. Make sure to thoroughly saturate the filter element with the water and its contents of Filter Clean.
4] Soak for a minimum of 3 hours. An overnight soaking would assure complete removal of all contaminants.
5] When finished, remove cartridge and rinse COMPLETELY with water. NOTE - If not rinsed thoroughly, foaming may occur.
First and foremost - Follow manufacturer's Instructions.
Tip:
